Middle and east Mediterranean oleander alluvial scrub (Nerium oleander, Vitex agnus-castus, Tamarix tetrandra), partly with Platanus orientalis

Description

Light to densely closed oleander scrub (coverage 60-100 %) with participation of Tamarix- and Salix species. The development of the herb layer depends on the density of the shrub layer, varying between 10 and 90 %. Therophytes, moisture indicators and halophytes are common. A habitat diversity with the various vegetation units is typical.
